These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of digital products and custom services sold by The Crazy Graphic Guy (“I”, “me”, “my”). By purchasing, downloading, or using my products or services, you agree to these Terms.

I offer:
Digital downloads via lemonsqueezy.com (motion assets and related files), and
Custom services through Stripe payments (custom modifications and made-to-order work).
Digital products are delivered via download link to your email right after the payment confirmation. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets.
You may:
Use the assets in personal projects and client work (including monetized and sponsored videos).
Edit/modify the assets to fit your project.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, share, or re-upload the assets (even if modified).
Publish the assets as standalone files on marketplaces, “free resources” sites, or asset libraries.
Include the assets inside products/templates meant for resale (e.g., template packs).
Claim the assets as your own or register them as trademarks.

Custom services are made-to-order and based on the information you provide.
What I need from you:
Clear instructions and any references needed to match your request.

The specific custom work described on the product page or in our written agreement.
Revisions:
Revisions (if included) are limited to what’s stated on the product page or agreement. Anything outside that scope may require an additional fee.
Timeline:
Delivery time depends on complexity and my current queue. I’ll confirm an estimated timeline after reviewing your request.
If I’m waiting on your details/files/approval, the timeline may shift.
Communication (Trello only):
During your custom project, communication and updates will happen only through your Trello board. This keeps everything clean: notes, files, approvals, and progress in one place.

Payments (Stripe):
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (via my checkout provider). I do not store your full payment details on my servers.

If you have an issue, please contact me before filing a chargeback. Please, give me the chance to try to solve your issue first.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access to downloads and support while the dispute is handled.
My assets and services can help improve workflow and presentation of your edits, but I do not guarantee specific results (views, retention, CTR, subscribers, revenue, etc.). Outcomes depend mainly on the quality of the creator's content; on how the assets are used; and on the channel's topic itself.

Support does not include custom editing work unless you purchase a custom service.
All assets and designs remain my intellectual property. You are purchasing a license to use them, not ownership.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, etc.). My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
If you violate these Terms, the license you get with your purchase may be terminated immediately. You must stop using the assets and delete any copies in your possession or control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
