I’m a one-person shop and I sell digital products that deliver instantly and you can hire me (if slot available) for custom services as well. Here’s my policy—clear and simple.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and can’t be “returned,” all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
If something is broken (corrupted files, missing files, download issues), email thecrazygraphicguy@gmail.com
and I’ll happily fix it.
Custom work is paid 100% upfront.
100% refund if you cancel before I confirm I’ve started working on your request.
No refunds once I’ve confirmed work has started or is in progress (time/work can’t be “returned”).
Starting work: I consider the work started only after I confirm in writing (in your Trello board status) that I’ve begun.
If a project is delayed because I’m waiting on details, files, or approvals from you, the timeline may shift.
